About us

Welcome!

We’re glad you’re here.

We’re the Marian Fathers, and together with our partners in prayer, the Marian Helpers, we stand with the weary, the burdened, the broken-hearted, the disenfranchised, the desolate — those who yearn to know our Lord, who never abandons us.

We stand with Mary, the Mother of God, the Mother of Mercy, the Mother of the Church — she who proclaims the greatness of the Lord, and who stayed at the foot of the Cross when so many others fled.

We publish, we preach, we go where the needs are greatest.

Join us in proclaiming to the modern world how good and caring God is, whose mercy knows no bounds.

Could there be a more hope-filled invitation during this Holy Jubilee Year of Hope?

But wait, you ask … Who are the Marian Fathers?

Officially, we’re the “Congregation of Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary.” We’re Catholic priests, a fraternal community of consecrated life in the Roman Catholic Church.

Founded in Poland in 1670 by St. Stanislaus Papczynski, today the Marian Congregation has well over 500 priests and brothers who labor in the UK and Poland as well as 17 other countries, including the United States, Argentina, Belarus, Brazil, Cameroon, Czech Republic, Germany, India, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Philippines, Portugal, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, and Ukraine.

And those “Marian Helpers”? They comprise a unique association of lay people, a “spiritual benefit society” approved by the Vatican, who, together with us, pray, live the Gospel message, and help others in many fantastic ways all over the world.

Better yet, if you’re in the London area, please visit us! Our headquarters is in West Ealing, a short walk from the Elizabeth Line stop:

You are most welcome to join us for prayer in our chapel, Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm, to 3:45 pm.

Let’s make the days ahead a time of renewal, walking together through the Cross towards the morning of the Resurrection, discovering the healing power of God’s loving mercy.

Let’s get started!
